After your Evaluation and Testing, should you decide to go forward and repair your light, the $35.00 you paid will be credited to your repair.

Most repairs fall within the one-hour repair cost plus whatever parts your light might require.

While we do not guarantee that your light can or will be repaired within one hour, the average is one hour for 95% of all lights we repair.

Our policy is to inform you of all costs (parts and labor) before we do anything. Your tech will either call you or email you to update you on what needs to be done to repair your light, the turnaround time, and the repair cost and return it to you.

We do not repair the many cheap junk flashlights from China on the market today. There is no point in repairing a cheap light, which is bound to fail again. All Hi-End Brands or otherwise will repaired.

                         USA FLASHLIGHT SERVICE UPGRADE

Many First Responders, Police, Fire, and EMTs have their lights run through our yearly maintenance program to maintain their equipment in peak operating condition for their work. Below is a list of what this service looks like.

Gold Plating contacts and springs, (5) plating runs for both. Most lights that come from the factory have (1) gold plating run.

The high-power batteries cause sparking, which causes the gold to eventually burn off in spots, causing the light to lose its power intermittently.

Our heavy gold plating will outlive the life of the light, significantly reducing problems with your light. (No more banging the light on your hand, trying to get it to come on.)

All lights are disassembled and run through our industrial Ultra Sonic Cleaners with a cleaning fluid made only for Anodized Aluminum.

All of the lights in our maintenance program are buffed up on our jeweler-grade buffing machines; we use a special jeweler polishing rouge that is made for Anodized aluminum. Most lights look factory-new unless they have been damaged beyond restoration. New Thin Film Ceramic Coating Cerakote can fix that problem.
                                               NOTE
Where possible, we will repair lights that have battery leakage. (Replacing the flashlight finish, Cerakote Thin Film Ceramic Coating is available on a case-by-case basis at an extra charge)

                                                            
Defective LED And Module Boards are not covered under regular service. They will be replaced at no charge for labor under service upgrade.
 

Replacement parts are billed at prevailing rates.
 

Battery's are not covered under service upgrade, Battery's will be
replaced at current prevailing rates.
